The third quarter of 2024 saw varied performance among the top five air travel apps on the Android platform in Switzerland. This overview, based on data from Sensor Tower, highlights the trends in downloads and weekly active users for each app.

SWISS from Lufthansa Group experienced a notable increase in downloads, starting at approximately 2.3K in the first week of July and peaking at 3.7K by the end of September. The weekly active users followed a similar upward trajectory, growing from 3.8K to 4.9K over the same period.

easyJet: Travel App saw a gradual decline in downloads early in the quarter, from 2.1K to 1.4K, before rebounding to 1.8K by the end of September. Despite this fluctuation, weekly active users started at 18.1K and decreased to 13.8K, indicating a decline in user engagement towards the end of the quarter.
